Overview
Not every operation fits a standard body configuration. HAZCO's Customized Body service covers bespoke fabrication for cargo types, chassis platforms, or route conditions that fall outside our standard product range — special-application mining bodies, bulker/tanker configurations, non-standard axle layouts, unusual dimension or payload requirements, and retrofits for specific industry needs. Our engineering team works directly with fleet operators and industry buyers to size the body, material grade, and mechanism (tipping, sliding, or fixed) to the exact application, then fabricates and quality-checks the build in our Jamshedpur facility before delivery. This is the same in-house design-to-fabrication process behind our standard product range, applied to a one-off or low-volume specification.
